Cool Options Community Based Day Program is looking for a job / community coach to assist
developmentally disabled adults. Coaches provide transportation (in their own vehicle) to volunteer sites
and participate in leisure activities with the clients. (Mileage is reimbursed by Cool Options.)
Cool Options provides structured volunteer sites for vocational activities.
No experience necessary. We will train you and we have a very supportive team.
Program hours: 8 AM – 1:30 PM

Job / Community Coach Requirements
Clean background / fingerprints check
All staff must be at least 21 years old and high school diploma / equivalent.
Valid CPR and First Aid cards (will assist to obtain)
Valid California Driver’s license, auto insurance and a vehicle.
East County / Spring Valley / La Mesa / Lemon Grove / National City areas
Benefits: paid sick leave, paid holidays, mileage and potential for wage supplement.
compensation: Competitive hourly rate, 6.5 hours per day ($18.00 / hour)
