NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 4, 2024 in Civil Case No. 37-2021-CA-001774 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Leon County, Tallahassee, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and Arte D. Thornton, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Gwendolyn Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.leon.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24 day of July, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

THE NORTH 30 FEET AND EAST 60.00 FEET BEING SUBJECT TO A ROADWAY EASEMENT. ALSO THE EASTERLY 75.00 FEET BEING SUBJECT TO A POWERLINE EASEMENT. TOGETHER WITH 1981 LIBERTY MOBILE HOME WITH VIN# 02L17833 LOCATED THEREON.
