NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022 CA 000993 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit, in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of James Michael Wheeler a/k/a James Wheeler, Deceased; Gabrielle Nicole Knight, as Personal Representative of the Estate of James Michael Wheeler a/k/a James Wheeler, Deceased; Danyel Dawn Wheeler a/k/a Danyel Wheeler; Gabrielle Nicole Knight; Robert Michael Wheeler; Alyssa Leigh Wheeler are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, cash by electronic sale at www.leon.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of July, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
